2. Reservation Policy

Guests are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking.

The outstanding balance is due upon check in.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the arrival date can be made without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge for the full stay.

3. Room Occupancy and Extra Beds

The maximum occupancy for each room type is specified on our website and booking confirmation.

Children under 12 years of age may stay in their parent or guardian's room free of charge, subject to the room's maximum occupancy.

Cot Policy

Children aged 0 to 2 years:

Cot upon request: AUD $20 per child, per night

Cot and other supplementary charges are not automatically included in the total booking cost and must be paid separately during your stay.

Additional guests may incur an extra person fee.

4. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms.

Smoking is permitted on the motel grounds, provided it is not directly in front of rooms and the room door remains closed.

A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside a room.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted inside motel rooms, except for approved service animals.

Unauthorised pets found in rooms will incur a $500 penalty.

6. Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to motel property during their stay.

The cost of any damage may be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

7. Noise Policy

Guests are expected to respect other guests' right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their rooms.

Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.

8. Amenities Policy

Guests are welcome to use the motel's amenities.

The motel is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur while using the amenities.

9. Liability

The motel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during a guest's stay.

10. Payment Policy

We accepts cash, credit card, and debit card payments.

A valid credit card must be provided at check in, even if the guest intends to pay with cash or a debit card.

A hold may be placed on the credit card for incidentals and released upon check out, provided there are no damages or unpaid charges.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if we cannot provide a reasonable alternative or solution.

Refunds do not apply to changes of mind, personal preferences, minor complaints, or complaints that are not reported immediately.

12. Guest Conduct

Guests must act respectfully towards motel staff and other guests.

Aggressive, abusive, or manipulative behaviour may result in eviction without refund.

13. Room Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Applicable charges will be charged to the card on file.

14. Parking Policy

Parking is provided for guests' convenience.

The motel is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in the parking area.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are securely locked and valuables are not left unattended.

15. Acknowledgement

By booking and staying at Holbrook Town Centre Motor Inn, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the motel's policies and terms listed above.
